Autism Associate (Direct Care)

for people with autism.
Full-time and part-time positions available
- Autism Associate's in the Adult Community Department will
work directly with adults with autism on self-care, vocational
and social skill development, and community involvement in the
individuals' apartments in the greater Des Moines area. Varied
hours, mostly evenings and weekends.
- Autism Associate's at our main Campus for adults in rural
Pleasant Hill provide direct care to persons with autism in
self-care and vocational/social skill development. Various FT
and PT day and evening shifts available, with some weekends
required.
- Autism Associate's in our Youth Community Department will
help inspire children with autism in Central Iowa towards
personal growth by providing Applied Behavior Analysis services
in the children's homes. Many openings for after school shifts
2-3 hours in length, as well as Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
These are part-time positions that will be 10-20 hours
- Autism Associate's at our Youth Home in Altoona will work
with children with autism on self-care and social skill
development. Evening, weekend, and some overnight shifts
available.
